Unless you play Genshin Impact, you won’t get the joke without an explanation. In the game, Inazuma has closed its borders to all foreigners (or at least they tried…it’s kind of funny how many people made it through their “closed” borders). But I just imagined their travel association sending these out to travel agencies everywhere.
